I asked for a high floor and got the 2nd, which turned out to be perfect for us. The room was nice, although not as superior as expected. The hotel staff were excellent in all areas, and the location was very convenient for exploring and dining. However, this complex seemed more like a large crèche, not ideal for couples or seniors due to the overwhelming number of children. The prices at the bar were a bit expensive, but overall, the food and staff were good. The view from our apartment was disappointing, facing an adjacent hotel's side wall 18 ft away, with the constant sounds and smells of laundry. We left feeling let down both by the restaurant and the room.

I had a great stay at this hotel located perfectly in town, close to all the action. The rooms were fantastic value for money, clean, and well-situated. The service was top-notch, and the location was ideal for exploring the surroundings. The dining was a bit limited, but overall, it was a real value for money experience.
